Everything we have ever learned or experienced, including physical and emotional wounds of the past, lies stored in the cells of our bodies. Unconscious emotions, which we deny and store, end up controlling our lives.

comet.gifIn an attempt to reclaim pieces of ourselves that lie buried in the unconscious mind, we repeatedly act out decisions made long ago. Where these decisions are "life-negating," they lead to physical and emotional pain and illness.

Belief in one or more of three life-negating lies stands between us and our zest, our creative Life Force Energy. These lies are:

bludot.gif THE LIE THAT "I am SEPARATE from God and All That Is."

Pain, disease, overweight and low self-esteem are the body's way of saying, "Pay attention. Something's wrong. There's an important part of yourself that you're ignoring."

THE LAST STRAW EVENT

You may not consciously remember your "last straw." Chances are, however, that at some point in your life, you experienced an event or situation in which you decided, "If this is what my life's about, I don't want to be here."

phrenology.gifRegardless of what happened prior to this event, you managed to hold yourself together-you picked yourself up, dusted yourself off, and hobbled along to the next episode from a position of health and aliveness. At the moment of the last straw, however, a part of you gave up and decided not to be fully alive. This unconscious decision may still be running your life. 

New Decsion Therapy (NDT) opens the opportunity to quickly expose and clear denial around previously ignored experiences. It involves looking into a mirror and answering a series of questions while a professionally trained therapist tests your muscular response (kinesiology), targeting the questioning and helping keep you on track.
